The iRaise mentors are going to be your guiding angels across the programme: from the start until the end. You will meet with your mentor once a week to keep up with your progress and connect you with what you are supposed to do. Your team will review with them the progress in each step of the way. Mentors are a key player in the iRaise mix, as they’ll see you grow to your collective potential. Remember, it’s going to be you putting the effort, but you’ll have the mentor there for whatever we can do to help you and your team in your journey.
