Our Training
Who is it for?
iRaise targets multidisciplinary teams of professionals involved in innovation promotion and adoption within healthcare organizations, aiming to increase their team skills and knowledge on innovating healthcare processes such as:
- defining the unmet needs in your healthcare settings;
- framing a potential solution, understanding the different options, the solution scope and its constraints;
- identifying the adequate vehicle(s) to address the unmet needs;
- presenting a viable plan to address the unmet needs, to a multidisciplinary and international audience.
NEW this year, as a novelty, you can also register individually.
The organization will assign you to a team taking into account your specialty and interests
Thanks to iRaise blended programme, participants will be able to enjoy working alongside other participants and trainers.
They will benefit from the opportunity to upgrade their learning experience through distance-learning mentoring and by joining online learning groups (as the Education Programme Kick Off, the weekly meetings with mentors, the breakfast seminars with industry and the final iRaise event). And let’s not forget the star session of this campus which consists of having iRaise trainers ‘virtually’ visiting each of the participating teams at their own facilities and working with them towards the definition of the adequate vehicle(s) to address their specific unmet needs.
